Mary Clare Gumbleton
CEO
With over 20 years of experience directly applicable to today’s global environment, bringing an extensive real-world perspective to each project. Ms. Gumbleton delivers results for clients, focusing on performance measurement, business process improvement, and quality assurance. Ms. Gumbleton has advised senior officials in the highest levels of government, including the White House, the Director of National Intelligence, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and three US Cabinet Secretaries. She served as a strategic advisor to the Joint Chiefs of Staff throughout the Global War on Terror and provided communications counsel during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Ms. Gumbleton has extensive international experience, developing community micro-enterprises as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nepal and traveling extensively through Asia, including India, Burma, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia. Additionally, she managed communications projects and supported public-private partnership creation within Ireland and Northern Ireland, and managed communications projects in the Netherlands, South Africa and Tanzania. Mary Clare is a 1986 graduate of the University of Michigan.
Jason Hinton
President
Jason Hinton is a communications specialist with a background in military communications support services and political grassroots outreach operations. Mr. Hinton has developed and lead the foreign media analysis operations of the Global War on Terrorism as a consultant to the US Department of Defense. Mr. Hinton has developed strategic communications plans and full spectrum media products for national and international voter registration, education, mobilization and protection operations, mobilizing traditional and non-traditional information delivery systems to achieve outreach objectives. Mr. Hinton has extensive experience in conducting media research, analysis and outreach activities. Mr. Hinton’s academic background includes a BA in political science with a strong background in social psychology from Tufts University; and a law degree from Widener University School of Law.
